Return Policy
(Received the wrong item or size)
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us
through email. Please include your name, order number, registered emailed
and details of the product plus pictures. We will get back to you with
instructions on the process. You can email us at ophyrojewerly@gmail.com.
At Ophyro Jewelry, we strive to provide you the best quality on jewelry and
exceptional customer services. However, we understand that sometimes
returns may be necessary.
Please take notes of our return policy guidelines:
1. None-returnable items:
- For hygiene reasons earrings are not eligible for returns
unless they are damaged or defective.
- All sale pieces are final sales, and they are not eligible for
return.
2. Eligibility for returns:
- You have seven days from the date delivered to initiate a return.
3. Return process:
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- It must also be in the original packaging to be eligible for
return.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected. We will
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be process as store credit.
- To initiate a return please contact us via email.
- Replacement for broken pieces is only accepted only seven
days after delivery date. Restrictions may apply.
